I'm so happy for my kid crafter small business friends out there. I just found out that the Consumer Protection Safety Commission voted to delay the testing requirements of kid items! It was supposed to go into effect February 10th but will be delayed one year to work out the kinks. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEE handmade kid items so I am just elated to hear this.
