Thank You Peterson Party Blog

Receiving a blog award makes me so very happy! When my new blog design is finished, I can't wait to have my awards adorn the side because they mean a lot to me. The Peternson Party Blog was sweet enough to give me this great award.

Here are the rules for the award:
This is what you need to do…Thank the person who gave the award to you, post the award on you blog or on a post, nominate 10 blogs which show great attitude/gratitude, link to the people you chose on your post,
and comment on their blogs to tell them about the award!

1. Sandy at Just For Fun. Let me start by saying I don't know what it is, but there is something about Sandy's blog and comments that just says "nice". I don't know why but I always smile when I see a comment from her. First of all, I want to give her this award because of the love and time she puts into comments. I read a lot of blogs but do not always get to all the posts or commenting. She's been featured on a lot of other sites including the Crafty Crow, One Pretty Thing, and Make and Takes. She does so many projects that inspire me with my daughter. She has great projects. To give you a super quick idea about her blog the last four topics were Friday Book Project, Valentines Candle Holder craft, Dd Daisies, and Happy Groundhog Day. I can't keep up with all the projects but this is one of the blogs I definitely do not like to miss because I love, love, love it.

2. 1+1+1=1. This blog is also written by a lady who is sweet and always positive. My very favorite part of her blog is her Tot School tools which have given me many, many ideas. She is currently a missionary in an inner city. The photographs on her blog are BEAUTIFUL. She also used to be a kindergarten teacher. This is a fantastic source for information about how to have "school time" with your toddler. Her last four posts are Let the Copying Begin, I Heart Faces, Love is in the Air, and Tot School.

3. The Adventures of E & T. This lady is another fantastic poster that always takes the time to let others know she is reading. I think this lady would be a great friend of mine in person--I just like her quite a lot. She has a quote on her blog and I think it sums up what I know of her really well: "Super-size all your portions of kind words, thoughtful gestures and generous thoughts." This is another fabulous source for toddler learning ideas. Her last four posts are "Some Things Should Really Be Done By Halves", "For the Ants", "Aussie, Aussie, Aussie", and "Our Aussie Napkin Ring Holders." And...I have to admit I love the Australian accent and when I read her comments or blog I find myself reading it in my best Australian way and have fun. How can you not have fun saying mumma? Love her!

4. Finally Teaching Tiny Tots. I know that this blog was already nominated by someone else but can't resist throwing her some love. She is my child literary guide! Seriously, through her blog she's introduced me to so many books for my little one. And Projects! Oh goodness, does she have projects. I try to read her blog frequently and can't keep up, lol! Now that is a sign of a great blog. I can't live without her weekly challenges. Her last four posts are "February Book Challenge Update", "Picture Story Books Without Words", "100 books every child should read before Kindergarten", and "Blog Awards".

Now, I can't end this post without mentioning the blog who nominated me because I LOVE that blog too. The Peterson Party is another fantastic blog with so many projects to do with your little one. I'm loving her recent posts about activities/books before kindergarten! Her last four posts are "162 Things to Do Before Kindergarten 2", "Pat-A-Cake", "Sweet Sister Moments", and "What do you do with straws, foam, and a hole punch?".
